The Earthing® U.S. Safety Adapter combines splitter and plate cover into one. It provides safer alternative than plugging your Earthing cords directly into wall outlet.

The adapter fits typical three-prong outlets (called Type B) in the U.S., Canada, Japan, Mexico and the following other countries:
